5. You don't need 100 self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline.

6. Unless you went to college to learn a specific skill (ie. doctor, engineer, lawyer), you can make more money in the next 90 days just learning sales.

7. No one cares about you. So stop being shy, go out and create your chances.

8. If you find someone smarter than you, work with them, don't compete.

9. Smoking has 0 benefit in your life. This habit will only slow your thinking and lower your focus.

10. Comfort is the worst addiction and cheap ticket to depression.

11. Don't tell people more than they need to know, respect your privacy.

12. Avoid alcohol at all cost. Nothing worse than losing your senses and acting a fool.

13. Keep your standards high and don't settle for something because it's available.

14. The family you create is more important than the family you come from.

15. Train yourself to take nothing personally to save yourself from 99.99% of mental problems.

10 pesanan abang kepada usahawan baru nak mula.

1. Nak berjaya letup-letup senang, nak kekal berjaya letup-letup susah. Jadi, sila beringat di hari letup-letup supaya tidak terciduk di hari kuncup-kuncup.

2. Jika ada hati nak berkembang luas, jaga rekod CCRIS, CTOS dan jangan lupa bayar income tax. Rekod cantik, banyak bank nak hulur bantuan kewangan untuk kita kembangkan perniagaan.

3. Cash is king. Kuatkan cash reserve. Ada duit simpan, ada duit simpan, ada duit simpan. Mana tau tiba-tiba nak guna masa emergency.

 

4. Office gah, kilang canggih, restoran mewah boleh tunggu dulu. Kita fokus upgrade imej perniagaan bila dah ada duit lebih nanti. Sekarang fokus pada jual beli, jual beli, jual beli, perkasakan duit rolling dulu.

6. Tak boleh buat semua benda sendiri, nanti menyelowkan progress syarikat kita. Kena ada staff membantu, tapi kena pandai delegate, juga kena pandai jaga kos. Maksud abang, startup company biasanya kena ada staff yang multitasking. Kita bukan Petronas atau Megah Holdings, masing-masing ada perfect jobscope, ingat tuan puan, kita masih kecil, belum kaya. Kalau tukang cedok nasik seorang, cedok lauk seorang, tukang bungkus seorang, tukang masuk dalam plastik seorang, mampuih la chorrr. 😆

7. Jalan marketing berterusan. McDonalds, KFC, Adidas, Nike, Apple, tak berhenti buat marketing walaupun sales mereka setinggi gunung. Kita yang sales setakat tinggi tumit kaki ni sibuk kata market dah tepu, tumbuk karang. Wajib buat marketing supaya lebih ramai orang tahu kewujudan kita. Tak mampu yang berbayar, cari yang free. 

8. Jangan pakai pelaris, jangan santau pesaing dan jangan guna alasan orang bomoh kita bila produk tak laku. Kalau bomoh tu terer, dah lama McDonalds tutup kedai, dah ramai orang kaya kena nombor ekor, dah lama Malaysia menang Worldcup.

9. Usahawan kena kuat semangat dan mampu berdikari. Bila jatuh, cepat bangun. Tak ramai boleh tolong bila kita susah, orang lain pun banyak masalah sendiri nak kena fikir, pandai-pandailah hang bangun sendiri.

10. Fokus dalam apa yang kita usahakan. Startup baru kena fokus menaikkan prestasi syarikat. Karang pi mai pi mai tang tu, di sana menanti di sini menunggu, yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendong berciciran.

Cukuplah ya 10 point ni, hangpa bukan baca sangat pun. 😆
